the hotel location was amazing! it was so easy to reach from the docks, especially since i had a heavy suitcase. my room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. the staff was very friendly too.

the carpets smelled bad. i also noticed a cracked shower tray. there weren't any insect screens on the windows, so that was a bummer!

the location proved convenient. it was a short walk from the san zaccaria water bus stop and close to san marco. i appreciated the proximity to major attractions and numerous restaurants nearby.

the air conditioning did not work very efficiently.
